5 Taekwondo clubs from 4 EU countries carried out the Taekwondo Connect Weekend project.
The project organised a series of activities to promote sport and taekwondo. We had a special focus on women and less privileged groups by deploying an innovative programme of actions and mobility.
Our training methods have been revolutionised by using connected tools to improve training conditions and prevent injuries. The partners set up streaming training sessions to connect taekwondo clubs and practitioners. The videos were shown on a big screen for the participating clubs.
We made extensive use of videos, especially with project ambassadors. Some course videos exceeded 10,000 views. For mobility, we doubled our initial objectives by offering 70 sportsmen and women the opportunity to discover the partner clubs.
